$30m announced for renewable energy development grants in Victoria –ETIS

Victorian Government funding of up to $30 million is on offer to sustainable energy pilot demonstration projects or research and development proposals, in a bid to support renewable energy technologies and the development of cleaner energy in Victoria. Funding of up to $5 million per project will be available for projects in sustainable energy technologies in areas such as solar, wave, geothermal and bio-energy.
Grant applications are open until 30 September 2010.
Queensland Sustainable Energy Innovation Fund (QSEIF) Round 15 Open

Applications for the next round of funding from the Queensland Sustainable Energy Innovation Fund are now open. Up to $200,000 may be provided for any one project and applicants are expected to contribute at least 20 per cent of project costs
