Victorian Smart Water- Open Innovation Stream Grant up to $500k

The Smart Water Fund is now accepting funding applications for innovative water management projects under the Open Innovation Stream. The Fund will consider funding applications in the range of $100,000 to $500,000.
Funding will be available to undertake innovative projects that deliver new or enhanced knowledge, products or solutions that contribute towards sustainable urban water management. Projects being proposed for funding must have a demonstrated need and benefit to the Victorian water utilities and the customers they serve. Applications with wider national or international relevance are also encouraged. Stage one applications will be accepted from Thursday 3 March until 2pm Friday 8 April 2011.

‘Program Partners’ to provide assistance under the Government’s $8 million Smart SMEs Innovation Commercialisation Program (ICP).
The programs form a comprehensive suite of commercialisation support services including:

-Global Acceleration Program
-Fast Track
-Innovation Interchange
-Practical Drug Development Program
