New Grants

Proposals for research into Distributed Muti-Domain Networks are being called for and successful applicants may be funded up to $100,000 in the first six months and up to $500,000 in subsequent years.

 

What is the funding for?

Intelligent Decision Superiority (i-DS) is a program of work that, through automation and artificial intelligence, aims to
improve the quality and speed of the processing, dissemination, exploitation, analysis, fusion and integration of ISR
and real-time tactical systems data and information to provide decision superiority to the ADO. The i-DS Research
Network is an initiative under the Next Generation Technologies Fund that seeks to engage academia, industry and
other government research agencies in research activities across a range of focus areas. The focus of this call is
Distributed Multi-Domain Networks.

 

Eligibility – who can access this grant?

  • Defence security clearance  personnel suitability requirements as described in the Call for Proposals
  • Applicants must hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) or a New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) to participate in this procurement.
