Is this me?

Professional, scientific and technical service companies promoting eligible products to export markets may be eligible for an EMDG grant. The product offering may be in the form of goods, services, intellectual property or know-how.

Points to note

The business promoting the sale of IP must be able to demonstrate ownership of the underlying IP which in itself must have a significant amount of Australian content. Evidence of the Australian ownership and content may be demonstrated in a number of ways such as with an Australian R&D Tax Incentive application or patents.

If the applicant is promoting the sale of services, the services must be supplied by an Australian to a non-Australian resident. The delivery of services via non-Australian residents to foreign buyers is ineligible.
