The closing date for EMDG grant applications this year is 1 December 2014, unless you are lodging your grant application through an approved EMDG consultant.

Extended Deadline for 2013-14 is only available through approved consultants

Applications lodged through approved consultants may be lodged up to midnight on 3rd March 2015.

Treadstone is approved for extended deadline submissions but don’t leave it till the last minute to talk to us about your application.

 

 

What is EMDG?

The Export Market Development Grants (EMDG) scheme is a key Australian Government financial assistance program for aspiring and current exporters. EMDG supports a wide range of industry sectors and products, including Australian music bands ands inbound tourism and the export of intellectual property and know-how outside Australia.

 

The EMDG scheme:

  • encourages small and medium sized Australian businesses to develop export markets
  • reimburses up to 50% of eligible export promotion expenses above $5,000 provided that the total expenses are at least $15,000
  • provides up to eight (8) grants to each eligible applicant.

 

Application forms are now online through Austrade till 1st Dec 2014
